Hallmark Card Studio 2009 Deluxe This product does not meet the quality standards of other hallmark versions. I have several pervious editions that work fine, but this one has many problems . i installed one one computer and some of the features do not work , like adding a photo to projects. I installed it on another computer to try and it does not work at all it frezes up my computer. I contacted hallmark and they gave a couple of solutions that did not work and then told me that was all they could do . I will keep trying to find out what is wrong and maybe i can make it work

Online customer support is impossible to access for the Hallmark 2009 version.

The dvd software will not load on my computer and I will have to send my disc back at my expense to get the CD version.My advice is to wait before purchasing this edition until all the bugs are worked out.

Hallmark Card Studio 2009 Deluxe
I recently purchased this item and when I received it the box said
dvd rom. As my computer does not accept this, I retured it to Hallmark
with the note that was in the box that said if this was not compatible
with your computer that they would exchange it for a CD. I returned it
over 3 weeks ago and have not received my CD.

I am very disappointed with Hallmark. I tried calling them to find out
where my CD was and was put on hold for 45 minutes and 30 minutes another
time before hanging up. I do not think I will buy any more Hallmark
product. I will have to write to them since I have heard nothing re-
garding my exchange.

Would you please if possible check to see where my CD is so that I can
use it?

Great product.

I have used Card Studio for a long time. Easy to use with wonderful results. Everybody loves to receive a homemade card. You can use your pictures to make the greeting cards even more special. Can't go wrong with
Hallmark Card Studio.

Hallmark Card Studio 2009 Deluxe

This is the first time I have seriously considered not purchasing an Item because of feedback. I really wanted this package as a Gift for a relative but after reading the feedback on install errors it is defintely off my buy list and any other software product they might offer. Really to bad they couldn’t have done a better job of testing. Hallmark is a brand you could trust.
