Log on to your Cpanel
Click Backup/Site Backup icon
You can see some options there like Create Backup, Restore Backup etc. Just hit Restore backup

		<description>Hi there,
That depends on how you backed it up.
If it is a Wordpress backup then you need to go into Wordpress and import it.
If it is a cpanel site backup then you need to import it using cpanel.
If it is an SQL database backup then you need to go into cpanel and use phpmyadmin to import the sql database.
That should get you sorted.
All the best

		<description>You should be able to go to the Tools menu on the left sidebar in your dashboard and click &quot;Import.&quot;
Then click the &quot;Wordpress&quot; link to import a Wordpress backup file.
If you have a database backup instead, check out this documentation on how to restore your database from a backup:http://codex.wordpress.org/Restoring_You…</description>
